As the Master Trainer at CMA, Ms Cheng Koon Kheng oversees teaching methodologies, curriculum planning, and maintain high standards of teacher quality. She personally conducts abacus and mental arithmetic lessons while monitoring student progress. Additionally, Ms Cheng supervise significant events including national competitions. Within curriculum planning, she reviews and enhances programme standards, ensuring alignment with educational objectives. Ms Cheng designs comprehensive training programs aimed at refining trainers’ skills, and she leads the Certified Trainer’s Course.

Ms Connie Chew oversees financial operations and provide essential accounting support for CMA’s head office, handling accounts receivable and payable, as well as franchisee royalty fees. She is responsible for issuing invoices, generating monthly statements, and preparing closing reports.
In her administrative role, Connie manages inventory monitoring, coordinates supply orders from CMA Taiwan headquarters and various suppliers.
Jeannie Toh

Ms Jeannie Toh directs franchise operations, spearheading expansion plans and delivering comprehensive training and support to franchisees. Her role extends to ensuring seamless daily center operations, overseeing inventory, personnel management, customer service, issue resolution, and implementing strategies for enhanced efficiency and profitability. Furthermore, Jeannie supports the head office’s branding efforts, orchestrating marketing activities and events to drive effective promotion of CMA’s brand.
Jeannie’s qualifications include Diplomas in Business & Industrial Administration, as well as Commerce and Finance.

In her role as Director of CMA, Ms Nicole Tay leads all aspects of the organisation’s operations, spearheading the development and execution of growth strategies and policies. She oversees daily business activities while continuously enhancing overall operational efficiency. Nicole plays a pivotal role in training department heads, managing budgets, and ensuring the attainment of business objectives.
With extensive experience across various business functions including logistics, property, manufacturing, and education, Nicole has held key leadership positions within CMA. Her responsibilities have spanned Human Resources, Marketing, Accounts, Business Development, and Information Security.
Nicole holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Tamkang University, Taiwan, bringing a solid academic foundation to her multifaceted role at CMA.
Chen Ching

Ms Chen Ching serves as the Chief Executive Officer of CMA, guiding the organisation towards overall success and making pivotal managerial decisions. Ms Chen also fulfills the role of chief trainer at CMA Singapore. Holding a Master’s Degree in Statistics from Oklahoma State University (USA) and graduating with First Class Honors in Industrial Engineering and Management from Tung Hai University in Taiwan, Ms Chen brings a rich academic background to her leadership role. With a lifelong affinity for the abacus and mental arithmetic, she recognises their profound developmental benefits. Notably, Ms Chen was honored as a lifetime member of the National Statistical Honor Society in recognition of her outstanding performance.
During her time in the US, Ms Chen also contributed as a Mandarin instructor at Stillwater Chinese Primary School in Oklahoma, where her students appreciated her warm demeanor and dedicated teaching style. Upon relocating to Singapore, she remained deeply engaged in education, serving as a tutor and counselor in student care and educational centers before co-founding CMA Singapore alongside her husband, the late Mr Tay Shy Ching.
